While we no longer sell Talon products, we still support their hubs with our spoke and nipple kits, Excel/DID Rims, and our bearing and seal kits. Please specify which Talon hub you have, as well as the hub ID, when ordering parts. (e.g. Ultralight Hub, ID=KSM)

For the best way to answer all other Talon related questions, please contact Talon directly.

We do not do any sort of repair work on rims or hubs.

No returns. All sales are final.

It depends on our current stock at the time of the order. If all components are on hand, our typical build time is 1-2 business days. The timeframe is also subject to workload, but your sales specialist can provide an approximate build time when the order is placed.

Dubya USA’s warranty is based on each individual manufacturers policy. Email sales@dubyausa.com along with pictures and a copy of the invoice.

Payment plans are only provided for orders that are placed via dubyausa.com. All orders placed with sales representatives are not subject to payment plans and must be paid in full prior to any product being shipped.

All anodizing is subject to Excel’s anodizing warning notification that can be found here: https://rkexcelamerica.com/maintenance/

Dubya USA is not responsible for anodizing that may appear splotchy due to the anodizing process.

Orders placed over the phone or by email will be directed to pay for invoices directly through our payment portal.

We have a vast catalog of spokes available for motorcycles, new and old, please call one of our sales specialists at: 714.279.0200 to see what options are available for your specific application.

Yes! We offer complete wheels and spoke kits for many of the major brands, including Sur Ron, Talaria, E Ride Pro, Altis, Segway, etc.

However, we do not have the tooling to make spokes in a small enough gauge for standard bicycles. We suggest that you call your local bicycle shop for all of your spoke needs.
