What a lot of people don’t know is that Dubya USA also leads the industry in motorcycle wheel repair & rebuild services, taking the same approach & expertise they use while building the best wheel sets available and applying the same knowledge & skills to your forgotten, damaged, scratched or aged wheel sets and restoring them back to their former glory. Wheel repairs & rebuilds are all done in house at Dubya USA facility in Orange California by our skillfully trained in house Wheel Technicians. Dubya repairs, rebuilds and refreshes hundreds of wheel sets every month, all makes & models, offering a vast range of options and possibilities, so you can rest assured that the Dubya Wheel technicians are taking care of your wheels.
NEW LIFE FOR YOUR THRASHED WHEELS
Regardless of your motorcycles Year, Make or Model, Dubya USA offers an OE Rebuild package which is perfect for anyone who might be looking for a cost effective way of restoring their ‘Thrashed’ wheel set or someone with a perfectly good set of wheels that may need a little attention. The Dubya OE Rebuild Special starts at $700 which includes the Excel Takasago or DID Dirt Star Rims (21”/19” or 18”) in the color of your choice, Dubya ‘Bulldog stainless steel silver spoke’ Kit with your choice of silver nipples, and wheel assembly labor by in house Dubya Wheel Technicians.
When it comes to the hubs, there are also a range of options. You maybe interested in having your stock OE hubs cerakoted or powder coated to the color of your choosing, which would be an additional $150 (Retail: $200) for the pair of hubs. This fee covers prepping both the front & rear hub along with removing and inspecting the bearings and seals and reinstalling everything back into the hubs (if in decent shape) when they are done being serviced. In the case your bearings and seals should be replaced, we will give you a call prior to moving forward with the wheel rebuild to see if you would like them to be replaced. If you would like the bearings/seal on the front and rear hub to be replaced, it will be $60.00 for the pair.

Carefully package your wheels or hubs. Take extra care to make sure parts will not hit each other during shipping. Many vintage hubs are very difficult to fine or even replace! We will call or email you when the parts arrive to confirm their arrival and go over the order before starting. IT’S THAT EASY!
